Northwest Partners hosted a successful Eggspectations event on Friday, May 31st. This bi-monthly event series focuses on key aspects of cybersecurity, with this session emphasizing the importance of people in the field. Over thirty leaders attended to discuss and share insights.
Key Discussion Topics
Recognizing, Hiring, and Developing Young Talent
Participants explored strategies for identifying individuals eager to learn and grow in cybersecurity. They highlighted the value of investing in potential rather than experience, as finding seasoned professionals can be more challenging.

Attendees discussed ways to keep employees engaged through continuous growth opportunities. They emphasized the importance of preparing the next generation of professionals to ensure organizational resilience.
