Petition for cloud computing vendors to run BOINC for Coronavirus vaccine

Might we better serve healthcare if Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, and so on donated a portion of the world's vast computing resources to generate test cases for COVID-19 vaccines? Just a thought.
