Virtual machine for android

Hi,

I'm trying to find a program, free or with charges that would let me either emulate windows 10 on my android phone or run a virtual machine on said android phone.

Ive tried shadow cloud gaming but it takes like 4 months to activate so that's out of the window.

Ive also tried GeForce Now but all it offers is a library of games, not windows itself.

I cant seem to find any good alternatives, any idea? Thanks folks.
