Waste Management dumps legacy processes, drives digital change

With 43,700 employees, 20 million customers, 17,500 collection trucks, and the industry’s largest landfills network, Waste Management has some serious operations to manage. How does the leadership team develop and execute a digital transformation for a company with so many moving parts?
