What does the 2nd Level Support Team do after enterprise applications are in the cloud?

I work in the 2nd level support team. Our organization is currently ITIL-based. I hear a lot about DevOps and such, but nothing concrete from my manager. How do I learn to support an application on the cloud?

What is the typical day-to-day like for someone doing 2nd level support tor a cloud-native or refactored application?
